Orders are printed and shipped by Teespring in the USA. You can expect your package to arrive around five (5) business days after the campaign finishes printing.
Orders are mailed via first-class or priority mail.
Shipping costs $3.99 for the first apparel item and $2 for each additional apparel item.
Return and Refund Policy
If you’re not 100% satisfied, return it and we’ll refund you.
REFUND POLICY
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order you receive, please contact us. One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right.
FITTING
If your item(s) does not fit for any reason we are able to offer a reprint of your item in a different size, or offer a full refund – no return necessary.
DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY PRINT
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.
RETURNS
The only time we ask for a return is if you wish to cancel an order after it has already begun the printing process. That is because, at this point, we would not be able to stop production or delivery. You can return any merchandise purchased from KB’s Tees or Teespring.com for a full refund – or Teespring credit – within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us to arrange the return prior to sending.
